October News from Ratcliffe Art

Despite the craziness of 2020, the summer was busy and productive. After a slight delay, my daughter got married, the family enjoyed a week at the beach and David and I hiked Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons.

The Virginia mountains provided a good escape from the city and a perfect setting for plein air painting. I have also been quite busy in my home studio teaching and preparing for a show @theartsalonclt this month.

Cresthaven Farms, a 200-cow family dairy farm in Virginia, proved to be quite the subject!

Inspiration at every turn in Yellowstone and The Grand Tetons.

Getting ready for 2020 Fall Art Salon Show at The Elder Gallery: October 28-29, 2020.

New Notecards

I've had new note cards printed and sell a mixed card pack of six cards and monarch envelopes for $15. All are blank inside so they can be used for any occasion. They make a unique gift and are perfect for that heartfelt note to a friend or loved one.

If you'd like to purchase a set of my cards feel free to email me. patti@ratcliffeart.com

Overjoyed. Becca and Lucas tied the knot. A small beautiful backyard family affair.

If interested in learning how to oil paint, send me and email and I will contact you when I have an opening or teach a workshop. Hope you enjoyed this update, as well as the photos. Stay safe and well.

All my best.

Patti
